This innovative training, “High-Performance Teams: Teams That Make Things Happen,” stems from the experience of its creator, who holds a Master’s in Management from ISCTE-IUL and is certified in Behavioral Analysis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. His unique approach combines academic rigor with valuable insights gathered during his travels about successful individuals and teams.

Description

The central focus of this training lies in the behavioral aspects that often distinguish high-performance teams: a positive attitude, genuine empathy, and strong connections among team members. Its main goal is to foster greater cohesion among participants while simultaneously promoting a deeper understanding of individual self-awareness.

By fostering self-awareness and mutual understanding, the training aims to create stronger interpersonal connections and optimize the effectiveness of team communication and action.
