Over the years, as a result of the formal knowledge I've acquired in the areas of management, entrepreneurship, strategy and personal development, but also on the basis of the hundreds and hundreds of people I've spoken to and my own experience, I've been organising and drawing up a kind of structure, a process by which we can guide ourselves to make things happen and which results from the combination of personal and professional alignment. And there is indeed a sequence of thought and personal alignment between the human being and the dream that I have been able to identify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I created and perfected what I now call the \u00abMake It Happen Model\u00bb. I confess that I did it first for myself. It's a really simple scheme, but it has proved to be powerful and I use it whenever I'm working on something new. It allows us to reflect on who we are, define where we want to go as individuals by clearly identifying what makes sense to us, set goals and, finally, create a clear plan that shows us where we are and where to go. It can be used by anyone, from 8 to 80 years old, regardless of their level of education or management knowledge. It is also a cross-cutting model for any area or objective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The model is divided into three parts: The first is about \u00abWho?\u00bb which involves getting to know yourself a little better. And I know that thinking about this may seem strange - \u00abAfter all, who am I? I am me!\u00bb - but in order to write something like this, you have to make an inner journey. - but in order to write something like this, you have to take an inner journey, albeit a light one, which makes you reflect on something you may never have thought about. On the other hand, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As soon as we put it in black and white and respond to what's here, we reinforce our identity, something that is especially important for everything that follows. After all, it wouldn't make sense for you to decide to do something that isn't in line with who you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second part is the one that brings you to action: \u00abHow?\u00bb. Here we'll turn your dream into a goal and make it as specific as possible. We'll also identify the main steps you need to take to make it happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
