He began sharing his message in schools and today, 10 years later, he is one of the most recognized executive trainers and keynote speakers in Portugal. A lecturer at ISCTE-Executive Education and coordinator of the Empowerment postgraduate program, he has delivered lectures and training sessions to over 150,000 people in nine different countries. His client list includes organizations such as MEO, GALP, PFIZER, Janssen, Randstad, Banco Santander, BMW, Deloitte, Fidelidade, Worten, and Banco de Portugal, among many others.
Holding a Master's degree in Management from ISCTE-IUL, he specialized in behavioral areas, motivation, strategy, entrepreneurship, and public speaking.
Born in Angra do Heroísmo, he demonstrated his initiative from an early age. At six, he started a door-to-door flower sales business; at 24, he sold everything he owned, raised sponsorships, and undertook a solo expedition around the world to meet entrepreneurs, an experience he recounted in his first book, Faz Acontecer (2015). Author and co-author of several books published in Portugal and Spain, he wrote and presented the television series Faz Acontecer (Canal Q).
In 2016, he was elected one of the “seven young people who are transforming the world” by the Pangea association (Madrid) and, in 2017, one of the “twelve young leaders of Portugal” by the National Youth Council (Lisbon).
He is the founder of several companies. He has generated thousands of euros for social purposes and helped hundreds of people realize their dreams and projects. The contacts he has established with over 400 successful managers and entrepreneurs worldwide have allowed him to extract the lessons he shares in his actions.
