Making a business happen usually starts with an idea. And how do we know if we're dealing with a good idea? I talked about it in first video of this item.
In this second video I talk about the next step: finding the right business concept. And here there are literally thousands of options. It's important that you know this and that you research all kinds of concepts and those that best align with the opportunity you've identified and then with your profile as an entrepreneur and a person who makes things happen. This is a key point because everything that comes in the remaining stages depends on what is decided in the ‘business concept’.
Because I have the opportunity to regularly spend time with various entrepreneurs around the world, because I travel and because I'm a student of the subject, I've seen a lot of concepts, which I regularly share in my trainings, lectures and mentoring.
This is probably the most fun point where you can let your imagination run wild, scratch away, develop and go back whenever necessary. It helps (a lot) to talk to more experienced people at this stage because, as mentioned, this is where the moulds of the whole business/project will be decided and followed in the next stages.
